Three days is a good enough time to start the Diet and 14 is the maximum number of days to follow it. At the end of the detox diet routine remember to take your time in getting back to your normal eating routine. Your body has been taking a break and may not be ready to go back to the normal eating patterns right away. You could have some constipation, nausea or cramping.
